Minutes and Circulation, Service, and Financial Reports:
Deb Barth moved, and Mark Jacobsen seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the August meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Mark Jacobsen moved, and Deb Barth seconded the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and Financial reports for August & September. All in favor. Motion carried.

New Business:
Director Moore gave the Board a Letter of Resignation from Kayla James, Library Technician. The Board discussed what happens next. Director Moore told the Board that she has already asked the Fallon County Commission to start the hiring process. The Commission agreed and the job has been posted.
Director Moore also gave the Board her Letter of Resignation. A discussion was held as to the next steps. Charles Lee Strait, Chair will deliver the letter to Julie Straub, Human Resources of Fallon County and set a time to meet with the Fallon County Commissioners to discuss moving forward.
Director Updates:
Director Moore gave updates on Summer Reading Program, Hotspots, and other happenings at the library. We will also be hosting another Virtual program on October 25, 2022.
Project Updates:
Newspapers are digitized through 2016 and loaded to the Montana Newspapers website. We are waiting for more issues to be filmed and after the Montana Memory Project has moved all content to the new site, we will be adding more years.
Yearbooks are digitized through 2007.
Genealogy project is finished.
Announcements:
Closures – Tuesday, November 8, 2022, for Election Day, Friday, November 11, 2022, for Veterans Day, and Thursday, November 24, 2022, for Thanksgiving Day.

December 13, 2022, at 12:00 PM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
