Public Comment – Agenda Items (10 minutes):

Minutes and Circulation, Service, and Financial Reports:
Deb Barth moved, and Sharon Huether seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the June meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Deb Barth moved, and Mark Jacobsen seconded the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and Financial reports for June and July. All in favor. Motion carried.
Unfinished Business: Mark Jacobsen moved, and Sharon Huether seconded to approve Fallon County Longevity Policy, all in favor, Motion carried.
New Business: Collection Management Policy review. Deb Barth moved, and Sharon Huether seconded the motion to change the time of the Library Board meetings from 12:00P.M. to 11:00 A.M., all in favor, motion passed.
Director Updates:
The board was updated on the Summer Reading Program, and other happenings at the Library.
Announcements:
Library closure, October 14, 2024.

October 8, 2024, at 12:00 PM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
